Job summary

minmed group pte. ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Health Screening to support daily operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. You will coordinate clinical, nursing and administrative teams to improve workflows and uphold service quality compliance.

Responsibilities include ensuring adequate manpower, monitoring ground operations and maintaining established SOPs and standards, while coordinating requirements across locations.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise operational teams.
• Understanding of health screening workflows and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate manpower, resources and operational readiness for screening activities.
• Monitor ground operations and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating significant matters.
• Ensure established workflows, SOPs and service standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate operational requirements across different teams and locations.
