Job summary

LUMINOUS DENTAL GROUP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Patient Care Officer to be the friendly first contact for our patients.

You will welcome visitors, assist with appointments, registrations and basic administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations. You will collaborate with dentists and dental assistants, manage patient enquiries and follow up on scheduling and treatment-related matters.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using computers and clinic systems; healthcare or front-desk experience is an advantage.
