Job summary

You will welcome visitors, assist with appointments, registrations and basic administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations. You will collaborate with dentists and dental assistants, manage patient enquiries and follow up on scheduling and treatment-related matters.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using computers and clinic systems; healthcare or front-desk experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage appointments, patient enquiries, calls and messages.
• Handle patient registration, payments and basic administrative duties.
• Coordinate patient flow and support smooth daily clinic operations.
• Follow up on appointments and treatment-related matters when required.
