Job summary

Sunshine Dental in Singapore invites a friendly patient services coordinator to support patients, manage appointments, maintain accurate records, and educate on dental care and treatment costs. You will liaise with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations, handle inquiries warmly in person, by phone, and in writing, and assist with basics of billing.

The role requires clear English communication and flexibility for evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Proficient computer and tablet use to manage patient information and appointments.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced clinic.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.

Job Summary

You will support dental patients by addressing their concerns, managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, educating on dental care and finances, and coordinating with clinic stakeholders.
