Job summary

LUMINOUS DENTAL GROUP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Patient Care Officer to be the friendly first contact for our patients, greeting and assisting with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage appointments, enquiries, registrations, payments, and basic admin; coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations; training provided for candidates without dental experience; rostered shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using computers and clinic systems.
• Healthcare, dental, customer service or front-desk experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior dental experience.
• Willing to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
