The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) invites applications for a Patient Service Associate / Senior Patient Service Associate within CAREHub. You will provide end-to-end non-clinical support, including registration, orientation, virtual/face-to-face financial counselling, payment handling, and care navigation services to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional and demonstrates sound judgement.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Orientate patients on NCCS care journey and HealthHub.
• Provide virtual/face-to-face financial counselling, including information on costs, payment options and insurance.
• Coordinate and schedule patient orientation sessions and counselling appointments.
• Monitor appointment attendance and follow up with patients who miss appointments.
