Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking Contract/Perm Patient Service Associates – Admissions Office Financial Counselling to support healthcare clients. You will provide financial counselling and customer service to patients and next-of-kin, and assist with financial enquiries using the appropriate systems.

The role requires good customer service orientation, flexibility to work office hours, and a 5.25-day week with weekend and public holiday rosters as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum N/O/A level.
• Prior customer service experience advantageous.
• Comfortable providing financial counselling.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Able to commit to office hours and a 5.25-day work week.
• Open to weekends and public holidays as rostered (typically 4 weekdays + 1 weekend).

Mansioni
