Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking an administrative role to manage patient enrolment, financial counselling, and billing, including Vital Sign Monitoring Kits. You will schedule home visits, handle enquiries, and coordinate post-discharge plans with medication delivery and EPIC appointments.

You will guide patients on self-monitoring devices, support Bed Management for tests, and work with doctors and nurses. Daily EPIC monitoring and inventory duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Relevant working experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, initiative and keenness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of statistics.
• Able to perform morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to patient enrolment including financial counselling/billing and dispensing Vital Sign Monitoring Kits.
• Schedule home/tele visits and handle enquiries from internal and external parties.
• Coordinate post-discharge plans including medication delivery, discharge summaries, and EPIC scheduling.
• Provide guidance on self-monitoring devices, such as blood pressure cuffs.
• Assist with bed management coordination for diagnostic tests or escalations.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and therapists on home visit and patient services.
• Perform daily administrative duties including monitoring referrals in EPIC and discharge processing.
• Perform inventory checks on Vital Sign Monitoring Kits.
• Coordinate settlement of discharge issues with nursing; support A&E during exigencies.
