Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Patient Service Associate or any patient-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and passion to interact with patients.
• Minimum O levels education qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide patient care activities.
• Build relationships with care team and patients/caregivers.
• Advise patients on preventive health screenings and reduce readmissions.
• Leverage technology to improve health literacy and resource access.
• Use IT systems to track and document clinical indicators and care given.
• Close preventive screening and vaccination gaps in national programmes.
