Wholesome Choice Concept Pte Ltd is hiring a Kitchen Specialist for their central kitchen in Tai Seng, Singapore. You will work five days a week from Monday to Saturday and be responsible for cooking according to SOPs and production schedules.

We value applicants with 1–2 years of kitchen experience, knowledge of food handling and hygiene, and the ability to maintain clean, safe work areas including cold storage. Diploma in pastry & bakery is a plus.

Qualifications

1–2 years of kitchen experience required.
Good knowledge of food handling, preparation and cooking procedures for a specific station.
Ability to maintain high levels of hygiene and order in the work area, including cold storage.

Responsabilités

Thorough knowledge of menu items and standard preparation methods according to SOP.
Prepare and cook in accordance with the production schedule or as instructed by the supervisor.
Cook and prepare items in a timely manner.
Monitor production to ensure recipes and specifications are followed.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at correct temperatures.
Check quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods per company guidelines.
Assist to monitor stock levels.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation of the work area and kitchen tools.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
