Job summary

WHOLESOME CHOICE CONCEPT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a kitchen role at our Central Kitchen in Tai Seng, Singapore.

The position requires 1-2 years of kitchen experience, with strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices, and the ability to follow SOPs and production schedules. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week, at our Central Kitchen location. Diploma in pastry & bakery is a plus, and candidates must be committed to maintaining high cleanliness and food

Qualifications

• 1-2 years kitchen experience required.
• Good knowledge of food handling, preparation and cooking procedures.
• High hygiene and order standards in work area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of menu items and standard preparation per SOP.
• Prepare and cook according to production schedule or as instructed.
• Cook and prepare items in a timely manner while maintaining quality.
