• Bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts while ensuring quality.
• Attend team meetings and participate in job training.
• Prepare daily targeted items and all related ingredients.
• Follow existing recipes and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
• Support other teams as assigned by the team lead.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and stock management.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Baking all bread, pastry related items, and dessert with stable quality
• Attending all team meeting and Participating in job training
• Production for daily target items assigned by manager, Preparing all related ingredient
• Follows existing recipes, Portion controls, and presenting dessert specifications
• Maintain the highest quality, consistent cleaning Baking and Cooking work station
• Provide support to other teams according to the team lead assignment
• Maintenance, cleaning equipment and tools / Ensuring the stock is up to date

Working Hours

• 5 Days (Mon - Fri), 6 Hours (1 p.m. to 7 p.m.), Part Time (30 hrs per week)
• 5 Days (Mon - Fri), 9 Hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Full Time (45 hrs per week)

Remuneration and Benefits table

• Basic Salary PT $1,600 per month, FT $2,200 per month
• Weekend Alternate Work Allowance $300 per month
• Staff drink will be provided
• Staff discount 10% will be provided
