Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a famous Tech MNC to hire a Partner Support Specialist on a contract basis in Singapore. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in customer or partner support, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and strong stakeholder-management skills.

You will train and update support teams on products, collaborate across teams to ensure seamless partner engagement, and help optimize policies and processes while supporting new initiatives for partner

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer or partner support/services, customer success or similar.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Passionate about identifying user pain points and bottlenecks and designing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, requests and escalations with BPO teams, including F2F engagement of escalated cases.
• Train and update support teams on products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other verticals for seamless partner operations and events.
• Review and optimize existing policies and processes; support planning and execution of new policies.
• Work with relevant teams within the business unit and the broader Operations organization to streamline policies.
• Support analysis of partner management initiatives to assess effectiveness and propose improvements.
