Job summary

STRIDES PREMIER TAXI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Partner Retention Specialist to manage contract renewals for Taxi, PHC and Limousine partners. You will coordinate renewal options and maintain accurate records across internal systems.

The role involves handling partner withdrawals, exit interviews, and engagement activities, plus preparing daily, weekly and monthly retention reports. Strong MS Office skills and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in driver recruitment, driver relations or the transport industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Renew contracts and follow up with partners regarding expiries and renewal options.
• Prepare recontracting documents and electronic agreements.
• Engage partners considering leaving and record follow-ups; maintain renewal records.
• Attend to partner withdrawal requests and conduct exit interviews; coordinate with relevant departments.
