Job summary

SMRT Corporation is seeking a driven Partner Sales Executive to onboard driver-partners into our vehicle leasing and mobility programmes. You will own driver acquisition, onboarding, and daily sales activity to drive a high hire-out rate across Taxi, PHV, and Limousine fleets.

You will build relationships with drivers, explain leasing terms, manage leads in CRM, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth collections and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable engaging frontline driver community.
• Sales-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire new drivers through walk-ins, leads, referrals, outreach activities and ground engagement.
• Understand driver needs and recommend suitable vehicle or leasing solutions.
• Explain leasing packages, rental structures, incentives, and onboarding requirements clearly to prospective drivers.
• Follow up promptly on sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed hirers through effective sales engagement.
• Manage sales leads through CRM or internal systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates.
• Achieve monthly individual acquisition, conversion KPIs.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective drivers.
• Own the driver journey from first enquiry to successful onboarding, act as primary contact during the first 1 month of driver’s tenure.
