Job summary

Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Driver Performance Manager to conduct regular reviews with drivers, identify underperformers, and take corrective actions up to termination if needed.

You will assist in media and government sector inquiries on driver matters, support taxi repos, and oversee adhoc duties as part of a fast-paced transport team. Candidates should be able to lead a team and demonstrate solid investigative skills.

Qualifications

• Minimally GCE O or A Levels.
• Computer literate.
• Good knowledge in investigation job.
• Candidates with a driving license and Taxi Vocational License will be advantageous.
• Able to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews with drivers to improve their service performance.
• Identify recalcitrant drivers and take appropriate actions to deal with drivers, including termination of their service.
• To assist in any media & govt sector enquiry on driver
• To assist in repo of taxi
• Any other adhoc duties
