KNIGHT FRANK PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Temporary Property Executive in Singapore. This role involves managing daily property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining tenant satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of property management experience and a Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or equivalent. You will have opportunities for growth and be part of a collaborative team.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in property management.
• Experience managing residential and/or mixed development properties is required.
• Familiarity with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily maintenance and operations of assigned properties.
• Conduct routine inspections for compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Address tenant and resident issues promptly.
• Collaborate with contractors for maintenance resolutions.
