Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a compassionate frontline counsellor to engage patients and caregivers through counselling and outreach, verifying information and supporting admission to the programme.

You will work on weekdays with rotational weekend/Public Holiday shifts, maintain records of sessions and outcomes, and escalate complex cases to the clinical team when needed. This role suits empathetic individuals with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any healthcare/ any relevant field.
• Able to commit to weekday shifts and rotational weekends/Public Holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centred approach.
• Comfortable interacting with patients and caregivers in a healthcare setting.
• Healthcare, patient service or customer service experience is advantageous.

Salary: $18/ hr
Working Hours: Weekdays 8am - 2pm, Weekends 8am - 11am
