Job summary

CACAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Part Time Commis (Pastry) in Singapore to assist in producing artisanal chocolates, pastries, and desserts. The role supports the pastry chef and production team while ensuring high quality and hygiene standards.

You will contribute to maintaining product quality, texture, and presentation, and participate in seasonal or limited-edition creations under guidance from senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Assist in preparing, assembling, and finishing pastries, chocolates, and desserts.
• Support daily production and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pastry & Chocolate Production: assist in preparing, assembling, finishing pastries, chocolates, and desserts.
• Kitchen Operations & Maintenance: keep workstation, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Quality Control & Creativity: check ingredients and finished items for quality; suggest improvements.
• Team Collaboration: work with pastry chef, chocolatier, and production team; train juniors if needed.
