Job summary

The Cake Factory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Pastry Cook to join our Central Kitchen team. You will prepare and produce a range of cakes, pastries, and desserts daily for hotels, corporate clients, and retail customers.

Key responsibilities include weighing, mixing, baking, assembling pastry items, decorating diverse pastries and desserts, operating bakery equipment safely, and maintaining clean, orderly workstations in line with SOPs and food safety standards.

• Able to work in a production kitchen and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry ingredients including weighing, mixing, and baking.
• Produce and decorate a variety of pastries and desserts.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with packing and preparation of finished products.
• Support other kitchen operations as needed.
