Lola Faye Cafe in Singapore is hiring a Part-Time Baker to produce breads, pastries, desserts following recipes and standards. You will help maintain freshness and hygiene while supporting kitchen operations.

The role requires baking experience, ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen, and reliability. Flexible 3 days per week with $10–$12/hour compensation depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking, pastry, or bakery production.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail to maintain consistency in product quality.

• Reliability, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
• Previous F&B or bakery experience is preferred.

• Perform daily baking preparation and operation tasks to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area to comply with food safety standards
• Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness and quality
• Monitor product consistency and readiness to ensure items are fresh and meet quality expectations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team during operations to support smooth workflow
