KIZTOPIA SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking reliable Event Crew to help run outdoor attractions for guests in Singapore.

You will assist with guest admission, guiding attendees, and supporting inflatables, rides, and carnival activities in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This part-time role covers weekdays and weekends from November 2026 to January 2027. You should have strong customer service, be a team player, and willing to work in varying weather; First Aid is a plus and training will be

Qualifications

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather.
Able to work weekends/public holidays per schedule.
First Aid certification or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the attraction to ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience.
Follow safety procedures for inflatables, rides, and attractions.
Monitor inflatables, rides and carnival structures for wear and report issues.
Assist guests with entry/exit and explain attraction rules.
Handle merchandise sales and payments via POS.
Assist guests with inquiries, feedback, and lost-and-found politely.
Work with team to maintain service standards.
