ALLINTON ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Part-Time HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment, talent sourcing and HR communications. You will also help plan company events and employee engagement activities while coordinating interviews and onboarding.

This role offers a flexible part-time arrangement and exposure to full HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and taking ownership of projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Communications or related discipline.
• Active interest in recruitment, sourcing and HR coordination.
• Experience with events or employee activities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisation and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Canva knowledge a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment and talent sourcing across departments.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist with employee engagement events and activities.
• Prepare HR communications and internal notices.
• Support day-to-day HR coordination and admin tasks.
