Job summary

INNOVATION ORGANIZATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Intern / Part-Time Recruiter to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

You will work closely with the team to identify, engage and coordinate with potential candidates, handle screenings and onboarding tasks, and maintain candidate records. Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and/or in person.
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior recruitment experience required – training will be provided.
• Students, fresh graduates and career starters are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings across various recruitment platforms.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and phone calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks if needed.
• Support the team with other ad hoc recruitment-related duties.
