Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and calling potential candidates from designated resume portals.
• Scheduling interviews via Zoom or in-office based on consultants’ calendar.
• Following up with candidates after their first round of interviews.
• Meeting KPIs set by management.
• Providing weekly performance updates.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates.
• Collaborating with team members to meet hiring goals.
