Job summary

Premier Advisory - Andrew Ang is seeking a confident and organised Part-Time Recruitment Officer in Singapore to support our hiring activities. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews and recruitment events, and assist applicants throughout the hiring process.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, an hourly base pay with performance-based commission, and training from an experienced team. You should be based in Singapore with a local qualification; recruitment or admin experience

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizenship or PR and based in Singapore.
• Diploma, A-Levels, or recognised overseas degree.
• Strong communication with different people.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow up independently.
• Recruitment, customer service, or administration experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job platforms, referrals and approved recruitment channels.
• Create and manage job advertisements.
• Contact and screen candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and invite candidates to recruitment events.
• Maintain candidate records and follow up throughout the hiring process.
