Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide support across recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle in Singapore, coordinating with the HR service team, hiring managers and candidates.

You will handle contracts, background checks, benefits administration, payroll documentation and HRIS data, while managing calendars, training sessions and vendor relationships to keep people operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of HR/administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across all HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and general HR operations.
• Coordinate with HR service team, Recruitment agency, hiring manager and candidates on recruitment processes
• Prepare new hire documentation, employment contracts, and onboarding material and assist with background checks and reference verification
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases (physical and digital)
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment queries and documentation
• Manage HR calendars and coordinate appointments
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with external vendors
• Support payroll related documentation and processes
• Support work pass and dependent pass application and renewal
• Coordinate with other departments to support employee relocations (internal/external mobilities) and short-term assignment (STAs)
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Support employee events and engagement activities and coordinate catering arrangements for training sessions, workshops and events
• Process travel expense claims and maintain expense documentation
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
