1 CAR WORKSHOP PTE. LTD. is looking for a friendly Customer Experience Ambassador to welcome customers and ensure they feel cared for during their visit. You will be the approachable face of our workshop, guiding guests and coordinating with service advisors to create a seamless experience.

No automotive knowledge is required, and training will be provided. This role suits individuals who enjoy hospitality, clear communication, and helping others in a dynamic workshop setting in Singapore.

• Warmly greet and welcome customers arriving at our workshop.
• Proactively walk around the customer areas to check if anyone needs assistance.
• Offer customers water and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.

• Check on waiting customers and ensure nobody feels overlooked.
• Identify customers who may need assistance and proactively approach them.
• Assist elderly customers or those who require additional support.
• Keep the customer reception and waiting areas neat, tidy and presentable.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, warm and proactive Customer Experience Ambassador to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our customers.

You will be the friendly face of our workshop, ensuring customers feel welcomed, attended to and well taken care of throughout their visit.

No automotive knowledge or experience is required.
