Job summary

EV Auto Lab Private Limited, a premium automotive styling studio, is seeking a driven sales-minded teammate to engage car owners, handle inquiries, and coordinate vehicle film installations. You will introduce PPF, window tinting, and wraps while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of proven sales success, a passion for cars, and be fluent in English and Mandarin. PR/Citizenship in Singapore preferred; base salary with uncapped commissions offered in a

• Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Proactively present automotive film products (PPF, window tinting, wraps) and upsell packages.
• Build rapport with car enthusiasts and follow up leads to close sales.
• Issue receipts, manage invoices, and coordinate installation appointments with the technical team.
• Assist with front-desk duties and ensure professional communication from consultation to handover.

About the role

You will be the face of our automotive styling studio, responsible for driving sales, engaging with car owners, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, introduce our automotive film products (PPF, window tinting, wraps), and coordinate installation appointments with our technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries with high enthusiasm


• Proactively introduce our automotive film products (PPF, window tinting, wraps), explain pricing, and upsell packages tailored to each car owner's needs


• Build rapport with car enthusiasts, address customer pain points, and follow up closely on pending leads to close sales


• Issue receipts, manage customer invoices, and coordinate installation appointments with our technical team


• Assist with front-desk duties and ensure smooth, professional communication from initial consultation to vehicle handover

About you

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only due to quota


• Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience


• Prior experience in the automotive, luxury retail, or service industry is strongly preferred


• Passionate about cars, automotive modifications, or car culture with a strong eagerness to introduce and promote products


• Target-driven and proactive in sales, with a strong desire to earn high commissions


• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)


• Customer-centric with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


• Basic computer literacy for issuing receipts and managing schedules
