Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily enquiries from parents and students via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and email.
• Explain QE programmes (IGCSE/IB) and match students with tutors and mentors.
• Manage invoices, service agreements, and maintain client records.
• Support marketing materials, campaigns, and partnerships, including Mandarin-language events.
