Job summary

Hua Cheng Education Centre in Singapore seeks a customer-focused frontline executive to handle enquiries from parents and students. You will follow up leads, promote Chinese enrichment programmes and convert enquiries into enrolments, while building strong relationships through regular communication and tailored learning recommendations.

Responsibilities include explaining course details, promotions and fees, handling feedback, and assisting with registrations, payments and records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business, marketing, education, or related field.
• Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
• Ability to engage with parents and tailor programme recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and two weeknights.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with basic computer systems to track leads and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service to parents and students with a customer-focused approach.
• Follow up with new leads and enquiries to convert to enrolments.
• Build relationships through regular communication and learning recommendations.
• Explain course details, promotions, schedules and fees; upsell relevant programmes.
• Handle feedback and escalate complex cases to CRM.
• Assist with registrations, renewals, withdrawals, payments.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, enrolments and payments.
• Support sales and marketing activities like trial lessons and campaigns.
