You will keep families informed, coordinate with founders, and support marketing materials; bilingual English and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a client-facing role such as education, admissions, client services, or customer service; fresh graduates welcome.

Aufgaben

• Respond to daily parent and student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and email, ideally within the same working day.
• Explain QE programmes (IGCSE/IB) and recommend the right fit for each student.
• Match students with tutors and mentors; arrange trial lessons and consultations.
• Track enquiries through enrolment and follow up with families.
• Check in with enrolled families on progress and concerns.
• Coordinate class schedules, replacements, and changes with tutors and families.
• Keep parents informed of exam periods, deadlines, and results day.
