Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Singapore international schools and their admission processes.
• Strong communication, consultation and client relationship management skills.
• Good sales sense with ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
• Able to manage multiple client cases, application timelines and follow-ups accurately.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking parents.

Responsibilities

• Consult parents on suitable international schools in Singapore based on their children's needs.
• Recommend school options and guide families through admission requirements and procedures.
• Research schools, prepare shortlists and manage deadlines and documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams on assessments and learning support services.
• Follow up with prospective clients to support sales conversions and renewals.
• Build relationships with parents through professional consultation and timely communication.
