✅ Your Role Will Include:

1. Registering patients and verifying appointment details
2. Taking vitals: height, weight, blood pressure, temperature
3. Basic screening for presenting complaints
4. Checking eligibility and submitting claims (CHAS, PG, MG, HSG, SFL, Medisave, insurance, etc.)
5. Categorizing patients for acute/chronic/surgical/consult types
6. Performing ECGs (training provided if needed)
7. Dispensing medication and providing patient counselling
8. Collecting payments and issuing receipts
9. Managing patient flow and expectations
10. Dispatching labs and understanding clinic workflow
