Job summary

Between Buns Deli, part of PleasureCraft Group, is seeking a Part-Time Chef to join our kitchen team in the CBD. If you love good food, can work calmly under pressure, and take pride in what comes out of your kitchen, we'd love to meet you!

You will assist with daily prep, prepare sandwiches and sides to our recipes, keep your station clean, support the team during busy service, rotate stock and minimise wastage while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Some prior kitchen experience in café, deli or restaurant settings.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working at pace.
• A hands-on attitude and team player mindset.
• Good understanding of basic food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily prep and kitchen setup ahead of service
• Preparing sandwiches, sides and other menu items to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of your station throughout the shift
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Assisting with stock rotation, portion control and minimising wastage
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards at all times

We're looking for a Part-Time Chef to join our kitchen team. If you love good food, work well under pressure, and take pride in what comes out of your kitchen, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with daily prep and kitchen setup ahead of service
