Between Buns Deli in Singapore is seeking a Commis Chef to join a focused kitchen team within the PleasureCraft Group family. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and growth opportunities as the brand expands into evening service.

You will assist with daily deli prep, maintain station hygiene, support stock rotation, and contribute to a well‑organised kitchen environment while following strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Some prior kitchen experience is a plus.

• A good attitude and willingness to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily preparation of deli dishes, sandwiches, sides, and items to recipe and presentation standards
• Support station setup, mise en place, and kitchen readiness ahead of service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of your station throughout the shift
• Assist with stock rotation, portioning, and minimising wastage
• Support the kitchen team during lunch and evening service
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Take direction from senior kitchen team members and show initiative in learning
