Motoserv PTE. LTD. is hiring a Part-Time Service Advisor to support automotive service operations. You will manage orders, monitor stock levels, prepare competitive quotations, and assist customers with inquiries on a flexible 3-day weekly schedule (Thursday to Saturday).

The role requires 1–2 years in administrative or automotive service settings, proficiency in MS Office, and basic knowledge of parts and inventory management. A proactive, customer-focused team player is essential.

Formación

• 1-2 years experience in admin or automotive service roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and communication.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Available to work fixed 3-day schedule (Thu–Sat).

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and service requests.
• Order stock from suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.
• Prepare quotations for customers and explain pricing.
• Assist customers with inquiries on services and parts.
• Handle administrative tasks and support daily operations.
