Responsibilities

• Coordinating packaging design and artwork development projects from initiation through final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintaining accurate packaging documentation, artwork files, version control, and project records.
• Supporting project tracking, stakeholder communications, and design approvals.
• Proactively communicating status, risks, and timing changes to stakeholders.
• Managing sample requests, shipments, and associated documentation.
• Collecting and maintaining packaging specifications, including dielines, artwork reference files, and product information.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Packaging Design team.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Project & Design Coordinator/Executive to support the Packaging Design team in managing packaging development projects, artwork documentation, and sample coordination activities across global markets. This role will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, maintaining packaging and artwork records, supporting administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal stakeholders, markets, suppliers, and manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in packaging, artwork management, design or print production, or FMCG environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating packaging design and artwork development projects from initiation through final execution, ensuring timely delivery, including artwork creation, proof reviews, and approval processes.
• Maintaining accurate packaging documentation, artwork files, version control, and project records.
• Supporting project tracking, stakeholder communications, and design approvals.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred

• Familiarity with packaging design, artwork workflows, and print production processes.
• Knowledge of packaging development and commercialization processes.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat is a plus.
• Experience working with manufacturing partners, packaging suppliers, or printers, with exposure to packaging development for carton beverage packaging, cans, bottles, outer cases, and other secondary packaging materials.
