BreadTalk Pte Ltd is seeking a packaging designer to oversee all packaging design, including daily needs, festive gift packaging, and OEM merchandise, ensuring consistency with campaign concepts and brand standards. Responsible for overall packaging design including day to day needs, festive gift packaging and OEM merchandises to ensure consistency with campaign concept and adherence to brand standards.
Ability to design and create packaging assets (both structural and graphic), ensuring packaging is functionally viable, visually appealing and cost effective that communicate the right brand, quality and price perception.
Preparing packaging guidelines/SOP to facilitate operations and CK workflow.
Working closely with R&D and collaborate with cross functional teams to timely execute projects from concept through to production.
Assist in food/packaging display for store, working closel with Visual Merchandisers in enhancing product appeal.
Research of packaging trends, new material insights.
Degree/Diploma in a relevant graphic/industrial design/packaging design discipline or equivalent.
Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG product packaging designing and prototyping.
Proficient in MS office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically illustrator and photoshop), 3D tools preferable but not essential.
Good understanding and able to balance product packaging needs, including ecological, economical, structural and visual appeal.
Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
Able to multi-task, ability to work under tight timeline.
