Job summary

ROYAL INSIGNIA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing orders from inception through delivery, coordinating with design, production, and sales to ensure client specifications are met and products are delivered on time.

You will manage suppliers, track milestones with Gantt charts, oversee shipping and customs processes, and ensure rigorous quality checks while driving continuous workflow improvements to lower risk and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for assigned orders using Gantt charts and trackers.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors — issue POs, track deliverables, negotiate timelines.
• Coordinate all shipping and logistics for outbound orders, including documentation and tracking.
• Act as the operational point of contact for clients during production.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales to translate client specs into production.
• Conduct quality checks and document non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Continuously improve project workflows, templates, and tracking systems.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for all assigned orders using Gantt charts and project trackers to monitor milestones, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors — issue purchase orders, track deliverables, negotiate timelines, and resolve performance issues promptly.
• Coordinate all shipping and logistics for outbound orders, including documentation, customs compliance, and end-to-end shipment tracking.
• Act as the key operational point of contact for clients during production, providing proactive updates and managing expectations throughout.
• Work closely with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure client specifications are accurately translated into production and delivered without compromise.
• Conduct quality checks on all products prior to dispatch and document any non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Continuously improve project workflows, templates, and tracking systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

Essential Job Requirements

• 3 – 4 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related coordination role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient in building and managing Gantt charts and project plans; strong milestone and deadline management.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and vendors, with the tenacity to follow through and hold parties accountable.
• Hands-on experience with international shipping, freight documentation, and customs processes.
• Resilient and solutions-focused —able to stay calm and decisive when projects hit unexpected obstacles.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Background in bespoke manufacturing, luxury goods, or decorative product categories.
• Experience handling shipments to government, institutional, or international clients with complex documentation requirements.
