Job summary

Vita Coco in Singapore is seeking a highly organized Packaging Project & Design Coordinator/Executive to support the Packaging Design team in managing packaging development projects, artwork documentation, and sample coordination across global markets. You will coordinate timelines, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in packaging, artwork management, project coordination, or operations.
• Experience in packaging, artwork management, design or FMCG environments preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating packaging design and artwork development projects from initiation through final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintaining accurate packaging documentation, artwork files, version control, and project records.
• Supporting project tracking, stakeholder communications, and design approvals.
• Proactively communicating status, risks, and timing changes to stakeholders.
• Managing sample requests, shipments, and associated documentation.
• Collecting and maintaining packaging specifications, including dielines, artwork reference files, and product information.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Packaging Design team.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
• Assisting with ad hoc packaging and artwork-related projects.
