Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager (Outlets) to oversee daily operations across Novena and Orchard outlets, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

You will coordinate inventory, staff scheduling and compliance, liaise with Marketing, Accounts and Logistics, and supervise facilities and IT-related matters. Permanent role requiring a Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations or outlet management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or outlets management.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Willing to travel between outlets.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across all outlets, ensure policy adherence.
• Check outlet standards: attendance, grooming, service, cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory: stock levels, forecasting, purchasing, records.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics on promotions and projects.
• Arrange servicing and repairs of equipment with vendors.
• Manage staff scheduling, leave, and training assessments.
• Monitor licences and certifications; ensure renewals.
• Assist with quality and compliance reviews; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate IT matters: troubleshooting, equipment, software purchases.
• Supervise facilities: HVAC, lighting, CCTV, maintenance.
• Compile regular operational reports and docs.
• Identify operational concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
