Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations) to join a Medical Aesthetic client’s team in Central Singapore. The role is permanent with a 10am–7pm workday, Monday to Friday, and a salary up to SGD 4,000 plus bonus.

The successful candidate will support daily outlet operations, manage staff rosters, inventory and compliance, and coordinate with vendors on promotions and projects. Travel between outlets may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operations/outlet management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily outlet operations and maintain service, housekeeping and standards.
• Coordinate staff rostering, leave admin and assessments.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and record accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and contractors on promotions and projects.
• Oversee facilities, equipment and IT aspects including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure licenses and permits are kept up to date.
• Assist audits, prepare reports and follow up on issues.
• Assist with adhoc projects as assigned by management.
