JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager to oversee daily outlet operations at Novena / Orchard, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role includes inventory management, rostering, staff development and inter-department coordination with vendors.

The candidate will monitor service quality, attendance, grooming and housekeeping, while maintaining licences and permits, and supporting audits and IT/facilities tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, service quality and housekeeping.
• Manage inventory including forecasting, ordering and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on promotions and operations.
• Manage staff rostering, leave administration and knowledge assessments.
• Ensure licences, permits and regulatory requirements are renewed on time.
• Support audits, IT and facilities, prepare operational reports and resolve issues.
