Job summary

JM Coffee International Pte. Ltd. (Compose Coffee SG) is seeking a hands-on Outlet Manager for the One Raffles Place outlet to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional service.

You will manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, handle cash and reports, and support promotions with head office and mall partners. Fluent English is essential; Korean/Mandarin skills are a plus for collaborating with the brand team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an F&B outlet or café.
• Food hygiene certification preferred or willing to complete Level 1.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations including opening/closing and floor management.
• Develop and motivate the team to deliver high service standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, counts, and wastage control.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
• Oversee cash handling and daily sales reporting.

Job Summary

Lead daily operations of the One Raffles Place outlet, managing team performance, inventory, customer service, and compliance to deliver an outstanding coffee experience and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations including opening, closing, floor management, and maintaining high service quality
• Develop, roster, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve excellent customer service and teamwork standards
• Manage inventory processes including ordering, stock counts, and minimizing wastage to optimize resources
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Oversee cash handling, prepare daily sales reports, and manage delivery platform orders accurately
• Address customer feedback promptly and resolve issues effectively on the floor to enhance satisfaction
• Support outlet promotions and campaigns by coordinating with head office and mall management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience as an outlet manager, assistant manager, or shift leader in F&B or café environments
• Food hygiene certification preferred or willingness to complete Food Safety Course Level 1
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Mandarin is advantageous for collaboration with the Korean brand team and diverse customers
