Job summary

GHK HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily coffeeshop outlet activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include rostering across outlets, vendor coordination, and supervising maintenance while driving business growth. Mandarin fluency is required to engage with Mandarin-speaking tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience, preferably in F&B.
• Strong roster planning, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets and priorities.
• Proficient in Mandarin due to tenants and vendors.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with POS and HRIS systems preferred.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Plan and manage staff duty rosters across multiple outlets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance.
• Resolve operational issues, including manpower shortages, equipment breakdowns, and tenant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
• Support recruitment, staff training, and staff performance management.
• Coordinate with tenants and vendors to maintain smooth operations and service standards.
