Job summary

• Willingness to complete Food Safety Course Level 1 to enhance food handling knowledge.

• Ability to work on a shift roster including weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs.
• Friendly, reliable team player with a customer-first attitude to foster a positive work environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods to maintain service standards.
• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage for enhanced customer interaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at the counter, seating area, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment
• Assist with opening and closing duties to support smooth daily operations
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain service efficiency
