select food management pte ltd is seeking an Outlet Manager to drive business performance for its Coffeeshop and Foodcourt outlets in Singapore. The role focuses on profitability, day-to-day operations, and high-quality customer service.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, cashiering, loss prevention and back-office support while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You will lead a team across outlets, ensure cost and quality controls, and collaborate with marketing to execute

• With F&B experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the business performance of multiple outlets (Coffeeshop/Foodcourt).
• Analyse sales and profitability to optimise revenue.
• Monitor cost controls and food purchasing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for business continuity.
• Lead and develop team leaders to implement change.
• Prepare shift/weekend reports including sales, food cost and labour cost.
• Manage external service providers and equipment maintenance.
• Manage customer service and innovate the customer experience.
