Job summary

JM Coffee International Pte. Ltd. (Compose Coffee SG) seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations at the One Raffles Place outlet.

You will manage the outlet team, oversee stock and inventory, ensure strict food safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction to support business growth. Ideal candidates have prior outlet or shift-leader experience in F&B, a willingness to pursue Food Safety Level 1 if needed, and the ability to collaborate across languages including Korean or

Qualifications

• Experience as outlet/shift leader or assistant manager in F&B.
• Food hygiene certification preferred or willingness to complete Food Safety Course Level 1.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Mandarin advantageous for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations including opening, closing, floor management, and maintaining high service quality.
• Develop, roster, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve excellent customer service and teamwork standards.
• Manage inventory processes including ordering, stock counts, and minimizing wastage to optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Oversee cash handling, prepare daily sales reports, and manage delivery platform orders accurately.
• Address customer feedback promptly and resolve issues effectively on the floor to enhance satisfaction.
• Support outlet promotions and campaigns by coordinating with head office and mall management.

Job Summary

• Lead daily outlet operations including opening, closing, floor management, and maintaining high service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications
