Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated F&B Management Trainee to support daily operations across islandwide outlets in Singapore. The role offers hands-on training in kitchen duties and front-line service, with exposure to SOPs and food safety practices.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in any field, be ready to work on weekends and public holidays, and develop managerial skills through structured rotation and on-the-job coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain high product quality and standardization.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Uphold cleanliness and adherence to health and sanitation regulations.
• Handle opening and closing preparations for the shop.
• Prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports.

• Degree holder in any field and keen to work in food and beverages industry
• Shortlisted profiles will undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew in front line
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting
